05-16 & 05-17-2026 | Prayer and Meditation

Philippians 3:13-14 says... 

"No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us." 

Prayer: 

Heavenly Father… 

Thank You for Your mercy that meets me every day…. Thank You that through Jesus… You call me forward with purpose.. hope.. and grace. 

Lord… help me to let go of the past…. Give me strength to release every failure.. every regret.. every wound.. and even every victory that tries to keep me from fully trusting You for what is ahead…. Teach me not to live bound by what has been… but to move in faith toward what You have prepared for me. 

Help me to stay focused on the race You have set before me…. When I grow tired… strengthen me…. When I feel discouraged… remind me of Your promises…. When distractions come… fix my eyes on You and on the heavenly prize You have placed before me. 

Renew my heart with determination to press on…. Let my life reflect perseverance.. obedience.. and trust in Your perfect plan…. Lead me forward by Your Spirit… and keep me faithful until the very end.
