“But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy... For the Scriptures say, "You must be holy because I am holy." - (1 Peter 1:15–16)

God’s call… “Be holy, because I am holy”…. isn’t a demand to perform…. it’s an invitation to belong…. Holiness is family resemblance…. Since our Father is holy.. His children are being formed to look like Him. 

Notice the phrase “in all you do.”…. 

How you speak when you’re tired.. what you feed your mind.. how you respond when you’re misunderstood.. how you treat people who can’t repay you…. It’s not perfection overnight…. it’s direction… surrendered daily. 

 Prayer:  Holy Father… You are holy… and You’ve called me to reflect Your character in every part of my life…. Forgive me for the places I’ve made room for compromise…. Set my thoughts.. words.. and choices apart for You today…. Fill me with Your Spirit and shape my desires so that holiness becomes my joy… not my burden.
