4-29-2026 | Does God Get Tired of Hearing from Me?

1 Thessalonians 5:17 says…. “Never stop praying.”

It's a common question… especially when we feel like we're bringing the same concerns.. worries.. or requests to Him over and over.

Have you ever wondered if God gets tired of hearing from you?

But the Bible reassures us that God never grows weary of hearing from His children…. In fact…1 Thessalonians 5:17 encourages us to "pray without ceasing."

This doesn't mean we have to be on our knees 24/7… but it does mean that God invites us to have an ongoing… open conversation with Him… just like a loving parent who wants to hear from their child.

Jesus also encouraged persistence in prayer.

In the parable of the persistent widow.. (Luke 18:1-8)… Jesus taught that we should always pray and not give up…. This shows us that God values our persistence and trust in Him.

So.... does God get tired of hearing from you?

Absolutely not!!!!

He delights in your voice… your thoughts… and your heart.

“Every prayer… whether it's a shout of joy or a whisper of worry.... is heard and cherished by Him.”
