6-10-2026 | He Still Comes After Me

"Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life..." - Psalm 23:6 

  Have you ever made a decision so foolish that you wanted to hide from God?  

Maybe you knew better…. Maybe you even heard that gentle whisper in your spirit saying… “Don’t go there.” And yet....you did…. And in the aftermath… shame tried to chain you up. 

But here’s the beautiful Truth….  

“God still comes after you.” 

  Even when you're running in the wrong direction… He’s not standing back with crossed arms… waiting for you to clean yourself up…. No.. He pursues you with the tender… relentless love of a Father who refuses to give up on His child.  

“Even in the middle of our mess.. our rebellion.. and our “I’ll do it my way”....God runs after us.” 

  We see this in the story of the prodigal son…. The son took his inheritance… squandered it on wild living… and wound up feeding pigs... starving.. broken… and alone…. And yet… the moment he turned back… the father ran to meet him…. That’s not just a parable... THAT'S OUR GOD!!! 

  “You can’t outrun His mercy…. You can’t out-sin His grace…. You can’t shock Him with your failures…. He already knows it all... and still… HE COMES. 

  So today… if you’re feeling lost.. ashamed.. or unworthy.. remember this…  

  “Your failure and bad choices don’t scare God…. It doesn’t make Him love you less…. In fact... it stirs His heart even more…. Because His love isn’t based on your behavior... it’s based on His character.”
