"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." - 1 Peter 4:8

Life gets busy…. Between work.. kids.. church.. errands.. and unexpected stress… it's easy for your spouse to slip down your list of priorities... not on purpose… just by default.

Marriage isn’t meant to survive on leftovers... It’s meant to thrive on love.. attention.. and intentional care.

God designed marriage as a reflection of His covenant with us... a relationship built on commitment.. grace.. and sacrificial love…. Just as Christ laid down His life for us... we are called to love our spouse with intentionality and humility.

So let’s ask ourselves honestly…

Do we give our spouse our best… or just what's left?

Are we more patient with strangers than we are with the one we promised to love for life?

Do we listen deeply???... or just nod while scrolling???

“Prioritizing your spouse doesn't always mean grand gestures…. Sometimes it’s the small… daily choices.”

 • Putting the phone down and making eye contact….

• Saying “thank you” for things they always do…

• Praying for them... even when they don’t ask...

• Choosing kindness in moments of tension.

Simple but necessary questions to ask…

What’s one way I’ve unintentionally made my spouse feel less important?

What simple step can I take today to show them they matter?

“When we prioritize our spouse… we honor God….. We protect our union and our commitment... And we create a home where love.. trust.. and joy can grow.”
