6-22-2026 | If Jesus Came Right Now… Would You Be Ashamed?

"So never be ashamed to tell others about our Lord. And don’t be ashamed of me, either, even though I am in prison for him. With the strength God gives you, be ready to suffer with me for the sake of the Good News." - 2 Timothy 1:8 

 Imagine if Jesus were to walk into your life at this very moment.  

What would He see? 

 Would you feel pride in your actions… thoughts… and words… or would a wave of shame wash over you? 

This question invites us to examine our lives and our hearts....

In a world filled with distractions and temptations… it can be easy to stray from our faith.  

We might find ourselves engaging in conversations or activities that don't honor God…. or we might shy away from sharing our beliefs due to fear of judgment….  

Yet… in 2 Timothy 1:8… Paul encourages us to be bold in our faith… even in the face of adversity. 

Father… help us to live in a way that reflects Your love and truth…. If there are parts of our lives that we would be ashamed to show You… grant us the courage to change….. Fill us with Your Spirit… so we can stand firm in our faith and boldly share the Good News…. May our lives be a testament to Your grace and love… so that when You return… we are found unashamed… eagerly awaiting Your presence. 

 Challenge for this week…  

Consider making a small change that aligns your life more closely with your faith….  

Choose to speak kindness… engage in uplifting conversations… or take a stand for what is right.
