Event Checklist

This needs to be established at least 3 months out for major events.

Steering Team Meetings:

   - Recruit Volunteers

   - Plan all details of event (i.e. set-up, tear down, food)

   - Communicate plan to Staff / Volunteers

Announcement:

   - Needs to be advertised at least 3 weeks out
