Agreement & Signature I understand and agree to the following policies and requirements of VCC: • My child must be fully potty trained to attend the VCC program. • I am responsible for providing my child’s lunch each day. I understand that there is no heating or warming of food, and outside food deliveries (including DoorDash or similar services) are not permitted. I understand that my card will be run on Friday mornings prior to the week my child(ren) attend, and I further understand that if my card declines there will be a $20 declined card fee that must be paid with my child’s tuition payment. I understand that when my child is on the VCC Program Roster, I will be required to pay my child’s full weekly tuition regardless of my child’s attendance, except for the weeks that my contract allows for vacation weeks or suspended payments. I understand that to suspend my payment, I must email Childcare@viewchurch.org at least 7 business days prior to the assigned payment date. I understand there are no refunds if VCC is closed due to the Inclement Weather Policy. A late fee will automatically be auto-debited from my account if my child is picked up after 6:00 PM. I understand that VCC does not give refunds and that a week is defined as Monday through Friday. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses that my child incurs at camp, including but not limited to tuition, lunches, t-shirts, late fees, and special events. I understand that I will be registered with BrightWheel, that invoices for registration, tuition, and other charges will be created in BrightWheel, and that I will be signed up for Auto-Pay in BrightWheel. I have reviewed the 2025–2026 VCC Price Sheet and understand the costs associated with enrollment. I understand that my child’s image may be used in promotional photographs, videos, VCC social media, or websites. I understand that by signing my child into any VCC program, I am giving permission for VCC to transport my child off camp property and that my child may participate in field trips and water activities. I understand that all water activities are properly supervised according to state standards and ratios. As the parent or authorized representative, I hereby give consent to VCC to obtain all emergency medical or dental care prescribed by a duly licensed physician or dentist for my child, including transportation as necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well-being of my child. I agree not to hold VCC responsible for lost or damaged clothing, personal belongings, electronics, toys, or personal athletic equipment due to theft, fire, natural disaster, or other occurrences. I understand that any dispute involving VCC shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with each party bearing its own costs and attorney fees as allowed by law. I understand that VCC provides no accident medical insurance. I understand that any special conditions or needs must be discussed with a Site Director prior to attendance. I acknowledge that the VCC Parent Handbook is available online and agree to review and adhere to all policies contained within it. VCC serves children without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin, or any other category protected by law. Enrollment decisions are made by VCC, and children with special needs may be enrolled upon mutual agreement. Reasonable accommodations will be made when possible without fundamentally altering the program. By adding my name below, I acknowledge that this constitutes a legal signature and agreement.
